I've got the poster and done all of the other activities, but Cyborg will not come out of the strip club during the day and is just asleep at night. Is there any way to get him out of the strip club so he can install the stripper pole?

Go talk to Pantha at the wrestling arena during the day and tell her to quit working at the strip joint so Cyborg will go back to the tower. Yes, she appears in both places at the same time. It's a weird situation.
I think the poster content is blocked for me. I got it X-rayed and after that nothing happened. May someone please help me with this.
It's easy to fix your problem, just wait for the next version of the game update, because this version of the game updates these things.

get a job in burger place. then when someone orders a burger that is NOT what yhads want, make the burger he asked for.
You will be given the burger you made instead of money (for a successful burger).
if you can't get a job there yet. go do other routes first to unlock it
