this is a bug , you have to get the location from blackfire first , if i remember correctly , if you give the communicator to pantha before starfire leaves earth , that part will be buggy , you can only give her the communicator when you already have the location
If you already talked to Blackfire about wearing the collar and suit, the game will be bugged. Happened to me and that's why i thanked zerodead for providing a save file right before Starfire takes off without the issue. Was able to finish it up

As for Terra, get spanked from her 3 times (IIRC, maybe more than 3) and Robin would learn a new technique, then after he learns it, you'd be able to easily defeat Terra.
As for Pantha, If you can't beat Terra YET, then don't even try fighting her..... If so, then:
1- Keep damaging her
2- When she reaches low HP/Below half of her HP, Try pinning her down (Kinda RNG Reliant and probably won't work from the first time)
That's it!
As for how to upgrade Robin's stats:
There's only one way to do that (for now):
Train with Chu-hui when she visits the tower.
Note: Yes, you can defeat both of Terra and Pantha before even Chu-hui's visit

I think you got the bug , you have to get the codenames where starfire can be , but the game has a bug that crashes the game , blackstar says it already gave the codenames , but actually I did not catch it

this bug breaks the whole game , after the battle against plasma , starfire will leave the planet , you have to talk to backfire to find out where she is , I do not remember much if you buy the clothes before the cyborg asked , it will end up causing the bug , or if you asked pantha to help in the interogatory before getting the codenadas
