I'm stuck too. I have Blackfire in the cell, but there's no outfits to buy from the store guy.
Is there a console command to unlock it?

replace terra's paper costume and give it to kitten to draw on. neither seems to do anything tho

For those stuck, talk to EVERYONE. You need to get someone to babysit Jinx if you have her in a cell and also talk to all the titans to get them to take Blackfire along.

That's a tough question. The slower the burn, the greater the orgasm at the end. I'll go with low resistance, just to play it safe.
Definitely fitting, and there could always be other scenarios with that desiring content if necessary and could always be added with any of the characters at some point. That's what updates are for after all.

I did talk to everyone. Beast Boy only offers information about Tamranean, Raven only wants sex, Starfire is gone, Cyborg is working on a ship and won't say anything, Terra is gone, and the old lady only talks about training. Pantha will come torture Blackfire, but leaves. Jinx won't do anything she hasn't done before, and Blackfire is the same, won't say anything about anything new. Guy with the store offers nothing new for sale, and the sladebot won't say anything.
Oh, and Bumblebee only washes or rides you, and sleeps in the evening.

How do i drop jinx's resistance when she is at resistance 10 and i don't know what to make her drop to 0
That is the limit for both Jinx and Blackfire in this build for now. Mity may have them drop even lower in the next future build and so on. New options may be expected with Jinx and Blackfire of course, and are incentives to drop their resistance since you can't repeat the already done options to drop their resistance even further.
