I think that's the cow print bikinis. The girls wash the UFO (and do some other stuff) before you leave.

When saving starfire does it matter if we trust blackfire or only after we all get back to earth do choices matter?
If I remember MITYs comments correctly letting her go starts her "love route". I don't know if not letting her go puts her back in the cells at Titans tower or something else however.

So while saving starfire I trusted blackfire and saved her from the plant.
Then later I grabbed her hair.
Then I fought her and she's my prisoner again.
Is there a cutoff when I have to let her go?
I didn't know for sure, but it looks like if you kissed her when she tried to break out of the tower and left for space the first time, and now didn't let her get fucked by the weird green dick monster on her planet, that should start her love route. Those are the only things I personally remember MITY mentioning.

1.6.3 was some very minor bug fixes, no new content. The next version of 18Titans with new content will likely be version 1.7.X some time in late February/early March.
Go read the change log for v 1.6.2 in the OP post.
