right now the game seems a bit too grindy, to buy one of the recipes it costs 50 silver coins, and each rune costs 1 gold, while making one healing potion lends you about 5 silver, so about 25 potions to be able to get another kind of potion running, yeaah , it takes quite a while...
Overall pretty interesting tho, will keep watching

At the moment it's a planned tag, and the game should have been tagged Female Protag. There is a futa in v0.4, but it's the brothel girl, and there's no dick growth potion yet to be able to make the protagonist one. That might be coming in v0.5, but I can't find a publicly-available changelog for that.

I was going to pass on this because it said Futa protagonist. Im not into horror so about to move on. But you say its is female protag ? Thats why the tag system here in F95 is so scuffed. Its not accurate. You really have to make a post defining whats in game despite what the tags say :/

From what I've seen it's basically a lot of growth/shrink fetishes, bigger breasts & booties. Taller and more muscular, but also potions and monsters that can shrink people.

MC starts of relatively flat and small compared to the rest of the world basically.

Has anyone managed to permanently increase the MC's sizes at all?

The story talked about how using the potion repeatedly would cause permanent growth, but have yet to see anything permanent despite sticking to a single potion (boob growth) every single "day". I'm guessing it hasn't been implemented yet, but would like to hear if anyone else succeeded or not.

It's not implemented yet, we've only just got reactions to using potions.
This developer doesn't bother archiving the game files, so if you're ever wondering whether you've seen everything you can open ./game/images and root around in there.
