Overview:
Our protagonist is a typical Indian teenager with dreams, lust, and desires like anyone else. His life is simple—living with his family, playing games, studying, and more. But everything changes when he is diagnosed with a rare condition that has only one cure: he must masturbate daily without fail to maintain his identity as a man.

/shrug kink shame much? To each their own. It's fine if you don't want to fuck your family, but I do. I'd have totally put a baby in her and make myself a daughter/sister to also fuck later if she'd have let me. Too bad she's now too old to get pregnant, so that window or opportunity came and went.
