Overview:
Mio is an ordinary female student.
On her way to school, she has an accident and is transported to another world.

It's not called season 1 and 2, but they are indeed two separate games.
The first one actually got a MTL already in the original request thread here:

I don't know if it's any better than this thread's MTL though. I played the game years ago. EDIT: I played this version now and wow, somehow the first MTL was actually better, because it was actually edited, unlike this thread's travesty, which is infinitely lazier, as you can even tell from the game summary.

From a pure story perspective I prefered the first game, but polish wise and when it concerns the "love interests" I much prefer the sequel. It's so sad that we never get a perfect happy ending. Maybe in a third game...

Even the description is pretty MTL'd given it refers to Mio as 'his' but...
The second game was pretty nice, although I have a weird hangup on how Mio is apparently like, meant to get drained by the enemy but there are no game over scenes of it. You just lose.
I can't imagine the first has any of that either.

The mix-up is that this game came out first and is actually the one called "Futanari Uniform Girl RPG", while the supposed Season 2 (the one we already have) came out later and is called "Futanari Uniform Girl RPG ~Invaders from Another World~" + story-wise does take place one year after the events of the first game, which is explicitly stated on the DLSite page.

Game name - no. Officially confirmed in-universe continuation - yes.
