GAME PROGRESS REPORT - JULYCan you post game progress report JULY?Thx
Why the fuck does Tonkatsu keep make new project while the other games haven't finish yet!? No Escape Reality! took so long to finish around 4 month without any new updates, with another new game on work this will cause he old games and others even slower to develop.GAME PROGRESS REPORT - JULY
Hey folks,
Time for a new Game progress report.
Disclaimer: I'm posting these to be transparent on game development and show progress done. However, it goes without saying that some of the stuff you see here may considered to be spoilers. Although I do my best to keep the big narrative points out (and believe me, there is a lot I would like to show, but that I'm leaving out for you to find and experience in game.)
This time I'm working on a quick patch update for No ESCAPE REALITY!
Little refresher for those who might not know since it's been a while.
This is a collab work between and an other artist you might know, Scriptor.

This here is a spin-off narratively driven story (no combat, and it's a rather short game).
This month I worked and finishing the last assets for the game over of the first of two routes in game. So that this coming month I only have to program and the patch can be ready for you to enjoy if all goes well.
3072 AD fans, don't you worry, I'm also slightly getting back to work on Barbwire this coming month and going back full on it after that No escape Reality patch drops this month if all goes well.
In any case, this is the progress report:
- Kat's encasement! -
When we last left off, Kat was just about to be fully encased in her new permanent cocoon.
So I worked all the step by step variations of that encasement progress.
Here is a sample of it which is only the very first early of that encasement. (All of it actually done, but I won't spoil everything for you.)
The encasement process begins!

- The villain! -
Some additional work was done to finish all the assets needed for the return of the big man, Kat's new owner. In all its rubber glory.
Kat's owner is now dressed for the part!

- The game over! -
Last but certainly not least, Kat (now number 17) is fully prepared and ready to her new duties for the foreseeable future.
The images for that game over scene are now done and ready to be used.
This is her a cropped version on of these. As to not spoil the entire thing.
Number 17 will smile, always!

- Conclusion -
With the assets done, I can now just put together the ending which will conclude one of the two paths of this short game.
As I said, unless I have something unexpected, I'm hopeful for either end of the month or early next month.
After that its back to work on Barbwire, which will focus entirely on the Sub ash path (Adding the next mini games, and first level of the progression, which the core system already done I don't expect the dev cycle to be too long before a next patch).
Regarding The financial Dom game (Squeal Little piggy). I going to work back on it on the side starting next month (Say when I feel like on Saturday or some free time) to get a bit of progress done. To slowly but surely bring it closer to a sprint to patch delivery. No ETA on that one, but my goal is still to get a first patch for that this year.
That's about it. Have a good one!
Its almost like they are a bad game dev, bad writer, but great artist. Why the fuck does Tonkatsu keep make new project while the other games haven't finish yet!? Yup, just the writing is bad and the story makes no sense as to why the mutants hate humans and vice-versa.I still think that he is lousy developing games and mediocre in his stories (zero creativity in the dialogues), but as an artist I love him.
I don't dislike verbal abuse, in fact I love it but the problem is when all the dialogues are verbal abuse, using the same ideas and expressions (the context doesn't matter, the dialogues are summed up in the same idea)Yup, just the writing is bad and the story makes no sense as to why the mutants hate humans and vice-versa.
The fact ash is treated like shit for being a newbie. (Just like every online game and the toxic asshats treat newbies)
Their Idea of 'domination.' is basically use verbal abuse.
Its sad really, such great art wasted on terrible dialog.
With this games kink, I feel the latter is the correct answer (This is a joke btw)srsly, the "game" is just an artwork delivery system... there isnt much of a game and the scenes dont need much coding since the engine allows to easy copy/paste code sections. lots of the scenes are just copy&pasted as well or using templates. he wouldnt make any money if it werent for the specific fetish stuff. either hes astronomically unorganized with an attention span next to zero or hes blueballing his patreons on purpose. (sry for bad english)
I see it being astronomically overdoing it. They've even pointed out they're stretching themselves extremely thin by doing very large image sets with a lot of images that cannot work as just swapping out layers on a PSD, and I think that their visual novel development didn't help, since it taught them how to make kiseake, and they may well use something like K-On Dress Up somewhere in their art development pipeline.srsly, the "game" is just an artwork delivery system... there isnt much of a game and the scenes dont need much coding since the engine allows to easy copy/paste code sections. lots of the scenes are just copy&pasted as well or using templates. he wouldnt make any money if it werent for the specific fetish stuff. either hes astronomically unorganized with an attention span next to zero or hes blueballing his patreons on purpose. One, it's pretty much Harley doing findom on Ivy.Content
Hey rubber Devotee subs!
This is your early access to the finished Poison Ivy set.
This set is 102 pages long. So really large set (Too large to honest, indulged myself a bit too much on this one lol)
When you simplify findom that way, it kinda does it a disservice when all non-femdom maledom games use the exact same general format and no one complains lolSeriously, practically every plot in Tonkatsu's current works is Character X decides to allow themselves to suffer financial domination and is sealed away 'forever' because they're millions of dollars in debt. No matter who or where it's set, the finale for the plot is 'Character is bankrupt, and the mistress seals them away since their finances can no longer cover their addiction'.
The problem is that is what Tonkatsu is doing...When you simplify findom that way, it kinda does it a disservice when all non-femdom maledom games use the exact same general format and no one complains lol
