From a quick internet search, it sounds like it's not just Patreon, and not just any one page: none of the non-discord accounts on kemono have updated since June. I'm guessing that either something is wrong with Kemono's process, or the sites are blocking kemono.

I looked a bit deeper into it, basically it seems like the choice to add discord into kemono has clogged up the imports and it's taking forever to get to the anything else(read: the good stuff).

That sucks, I hope in the next few days or weeks it clears up and we are back to normal, of course normal for us is coming our brains out
