Koikatu! There's not much actual game here, but where it really shines is the insane customization available. You can make almost any model you like (with some work). Or thousands of fan made girls available to import from all walks of anime's/games/cartoons/etc. Gameplay consists of importing your girls, populating the world, and having sex with them throughout the school.

[Honey Select 2] has just recently released, so it's in the beginning stages of modding.
As for [The Sims 4], it has a pretty extensive modding scene, — as Maxis games have always had — including of course the big lewds. Lot's of lingerie and skimpy clothes options to choose from (custom of course, no way that's in vanilla). The mod mentioned at the start of the post is THE one, that turns the game into an actual sex game. Lot's more available though. The posted link will have plenty of info, but for more, just browse
