i did my own research and only found censored torrents of the game or japaneses non translated demos.

Pretty much everything about this game died in 2016-2017. Hongfire is dead, the community is dead, pretty much everything relating it, even the mods have been completely wiped off the earth. The game is perfectly playable without English translation, it isn't that difficult to navigate, if you can get the game from a torrent you might as well because chances are that's the best you'll get. I have a bunch of mods left, and a Japanese copy, wouldn't be any different from the torrent. You can un-censor it with mods, i think i might have the mods for that but i'm not sure. 90% of all the stuff i had collected for the game is lost because i lost the flashdrive i kept it in years ago.

I'm not entirely certain, so i can only guess as to what happened. But if you look at the original website for the company, it looks rather ehh. let's say illegitimate? And the software itself was likely abandoned by the community because it's completely obsoleted by COM3D2. COM3D2 is superior in just about every single regard.

I spent the last 2 hours trynna get the game to work, cant make it work for the life of me. maybe it runs on old windows assets or something. Like i said before, pretty much everything i had for it was lost. This is the download i used to get mine on this pc, download seems to still work, but when i run the software it dies.. maybe it will work for you still;

Mods come in the filename of .tah, just throw the .tahs in the /arcs folder. Some of them might be incompatible/broken. Often times the mods wont read just because the filename, if the filename has any gibberish or non English characters, just rename the .tah and see if it works then. Use the manual-guide catalog to find out which mods you want, it will give you a brief overview of what most of the mods are.

Downloaded the game, it works and is uncensored. I'm running windows 10 and using the Japanese local within Windows to run the game. I noticed that a lot of Japanese games are picky about having the local set to Japanese. I also found a 12 GByte torrent that was still alive.

if i recall correctly you can make your own poses and animations relatively easily similarly to com3d2

You need to install the japanese local from Microsoft. This tricks the program into thinking that its running on a Japanese machine. Hongfire and others have guides on getting Japanese programs to run on non Japanese systems

Turns out there is 3D Custom Girl, 3D Custom Girl Evolution and a way to export 3D Custom Girl assets to Miku Miku Dance. 3D Custom Girl Evolution has a lot more content and allows you to set poses. Exporting to MMD would be the most flexible, but you have to deal with MMD and getting all the exports working.
