I've played the game pre-translation awhile back. It's an insect attached to her back that's fucking her. You hit a point where the MC has to let it fuck her so she can cross a body of water. Neither are traps, and all of the scenes are plant/monster/insect based.

It's also fucking hard as hell.

Best game using traps I ever played with a old ps1 game called kagero deception II. Where this girl could only set traps she couldn't attack or anything else. She could set 3 traps at a time in 3 locations floor, ceiling and wall. Was a really awesome game people would chase you and you use traps in combos too. They had like a magnet trap which would pull them in to it then you set off a rock trap over top of that one and really damage them. Now a porn version of that one would been like so awesome
