the game had a couple of important patches addressing some bugs that cancelled the VA and fixing some complete untranslated lines, any chance you can update this thread?

Actually, the new version is 1.03 (the Denpasoft one anyway). Here's some explanation:
9-nine- Episode 3 1.03 Update
9-nine-:Episode 3 has gotten a series of patches since last week's launch to fix various issues reported to us. We wanted to let customers who bought the game know to update to 1.03 for best experience. Patch notes are below.
Fixes hscenes with bad text merges.
Fixes missing CG unlock in gallery.
Fixes missing Chinese translation in one hscene.
Fixes one line outside of hscenes that had a bad merge.
Fixes UI issue where backlog has extra button that sends reader back to the beginning of the game.
Fixes alignment issue with backlog UI.
Audio track name was missing in one scene.
so you mean that this game is already re-uploaded and updated? since that version 1.0 has some issues when played
Ok so I have tried to download this game and it still has issues in the game. The game version on this uploaded game is still ver. 1.0 not 1.03

So are the different games actually different games (ep 2 continues the plot of 1, just with a different heroine) or more or less same plot through all episodes but with a different perspective as each game is essentially different heroines route?
The games continue the main story. They also have a different heroine.

I have found untranslated lines in the blindfold scene and now even in the main story there is still one left. Is this really the patched version? Or is it just a diffrent version now but basically has the same problems as denpa 1.00 had?
Oh and this happend as well. So i do not really know wtf is up with this upload but i'm kinda done with the game already.
Imo those things are overrated af... if i look at the 8 score on vndb for them. And a problem like maxing out the gpu coupled with untranslated line after line is just too much for something that would get a 5 at best in the end.

Edit: I did now make 7 save files of instances of - for me untranslated lines, using the game download provided in the op (very sure it is either the mega or mixdrop hosted file). Tbh i could only think of downloading from each hoster individually and checking each and every game version.
But i also do not see much worth in doing this myself, ngl. So i hope those save files and screenshots along with the info i did provide will help the community getting to the root of this issue and replacing the faulty upload.

Seems like the other download links were updated but not the Mega.
All links have been updated now (including a new Mega)- using superelmo 's torrent game files.
Also includes the optional broski patch.
