Trying it out now, so far it seems well done and fixes some issues I had. Hell, it even fixed the audio.
[Some reason the game didn't have audio even if I re-installed, I just thought the game didn't have any]
Minor issues such as capitalization and the occasional word going through the text box, other than that it fixes a lot of translation errors and unfinished translations.
Also did the usual virus testing just to make sure and found none

• Fixed the "Save.ogg" loading error when returning to main menu
• Fixed system audio references (Equip1 -> Equip2)
• Door sounds and tea pouring effects now work properly
