I can see your point, and I agree to some extent. However some people might find Nat sexy as a nympho even if you don't. Personally I think both of them should be treading a fine line between what they are willing to do for eachother and what they are willing to do for themselves. That brings out some tension between them and this whole situation they are navigating. Not every sexual desire needs to be tailored solely for the other person, it's a balancing act for both of them. Maybe you think the balancing is off and that's fair. Or you can make her unwilling to do it but committing to it for the sake of her husband.
You can play the game as an alpha couple where they engage in exhibitionism -(lowest amount of content)
Or you can go into a variety of different forms of cheating:
