Having just played the solo Carl route (Vanilla Nat Carl) from a fresh beginning, that was heartwarming and refreshing compared to a lot of the content. Natalie handled that so well. I cannot quite understand why so many people would have been unhappy with that. Natalie acted appropriately and was awesome with every dick that approached her. She was fantastic against Ely!
The best part is that we can avoid Darrel outright. I will have to go back and play some of the parallel routes there and see if I can see what all the fuss is about. It seems to be some choice Nat has to go with Matt. Is that correct?
It seems King B has gone back and filled in some pieces so you can do just the solo Carl route. That is nice. I imagine that took a lot of work and recoding.
EDIT: Alright, you have to go all the way through the cuck paths to get to the Matt scenes at the party. And I have to agree with the folks who have raised complaints, Natalie acts completely out of character with Matt. Up to that point she had been there supporting Carl and defended him through all the shit. Then she goes against all of that for a moment with a finger and an asshole? No. That might make the cuckold and nonconsensual people happy. But that just does not fit what she has done with Carl. Sure, she is pretty much a whore at this point when it comes to screwing random guys and Darrel, but she was being so protective of Carl that this just doesn't fit. She is strong-willed except when faced with an asshole with a big cock? "Okay, have my number, and thanks for fingering me at this college party, in the open." SHE ditches Carl to watch a basic bitch get rammed, then she gets fingerbanged and gives an asshole her number. But she then gets mad that Carl left her at the party. She cheats on Ethan but wants him to make it all better by calling her a hotwife versus a wife. Ugh. That was brutal to read. Not nearly as well written as most scenes. Particularly shitty after writing such an incredible scene on the vanilla Carl path.
On the other hand, completely appropriate for Natalie to feel some responsibility for making the situation worse if you choose to chase after Carl. You should have done so unless you are a degenerate douchebag named Matt, or Chad.

Ethan & Nat followed the invitation from Carl. In these scenarios (update 0.95) they don't know Matt yet as she was dressed with halter bodycon dress while on club visit earlier in the game. Their romantic and faithful level is high enough to not engage in any action without notifying the partner.
I think the key to that scene is Natalie's mindset. She does not see herself as a hotwife until that discussion in the car. And she doesn't really know what it means or what the limits are yet. She finds herself attracted to the guy, and allows herself to be used by him, but then feels guilt about it. With Darrel, she and Ethan had spent a significant amount of time discussing it. She had to build up to everything that happened with him. Matt is an unknown and not approved by Ethan. So, she asks if she needs his permission.
I still think that scene doesn't work because her purpose and actions up to that point were to support Carl. Her actions with Matt contradict and undo all the buildup she put into Carl. Maybe if there were a path where she gets Matt's info at the bar, shows up with Carl at the party, but goes off with Matt it might work. That would still make her an unbelievable cunt and a shitty person. But at least there would not be the warmth and kindness that she has given Carl contrasting with what it would take to turn on him and allow Matt to manipulate her.
