King B prioritizes routes that the paying patrons want. A lot of people are heavily invested in the Nat-QoS-Ethan submissive cuck route and its variations and NTR equivalents. It’s just how it is. The other half of the fanbase likes Riya and they got a nice Riya route complete with Ethan kicking Nat out of the house or swinging with Riya.
The author only has enough time to advance a route by one major step with 1-3 sex scenes per update so it’s kinda round robin with patrons influencing the development process. If you want less Darrel you gotta pay up or shut up. Ultimately nothing’s free here.

It did look like Nat will do all of the legitimate work at the gym pretty quickly. With all of the paths in the story, you could see King B have Nat either love or hate being the entertainment on Darrell's website of conquest. I can also see Nat being Airtight in the next BBC gym work out with Tavon and Terry joining Darrell.cya

I've not been very thorough; all I could see different wasn't the sex but the texting with Nat. If it's Ethan reluctant Net, then he is upset that Nat will be late home. It it's full cuck mode, then Ethan kind of knows he's getting creampie for dessert.

I hope that in the next update, the author advances in the other routes. I think the most fun thing about the game is exploring all the paths this couple takes. Let poor Darrel rest, Nat has completely emptied him in this latest update.
I paid for the game on Patreon and even I had issues starting it. I ended up running it through the RenPy sdk.
