I think he will be selfish and does not give a fuck if a woman is satisfied, he just uses her for his own pleasure.

OK i just replayed the game from the start going through all the options and this is the only new scene i can find is this really all there is?
That scene happens in the NTR cheating path, not the willing cuck one. So yeah it is satisfying because in that route Ethan does not want Nat to have anything to do with Darrell and does not fuck Jenna himself. Honestly the scene is a little weird as Nat walks away from Ethan herself in the previous scene saying she doesn't care what he does and that the marriage is over. And then all of a sudden she does a 180 and wants Ethan to come crawling back to her and is upset when she sees him with Riya???There's nothing even remotely satisfying about that, given the reasons and circumstances that led to this unsurprising outcome.
