Scene looks lame cuz him being full dressed means its like he was just standing there like a dork doing nothing and her ignoring him. Unless she's actively getting him involved it's clear he's just tacking Ethan on at the end and the scene is as if him being there or not is irrelevant. I understand that much but it's lazy writing. You can find exact same quality plot and scene just pornhub search for bbc. To differentiate it he could at least showcase nat as being her husband's porn star and if she becomes a qos it's for him to make him get off more. Isn't it just because the Dev is using the same scene for multiple different routes? From the route where Ethan will remain her main love interest, through to the other extreme where Darrel is gradually replacing him in her affections, and Ethan will end up as a lesser subordinate? So it's not surprising perhaps, some of the content doesn't always feel right?

I guess it depends what Nat is doing with her hands and lips while Ethan is busy. In that position, she could have just taken a break from rimming her new man. My opinion is they will but probably later update. As you said it's not QOS without it.
