No, any path other than ethan relucrant path will lead you to go to club with Jenna in the ntr path. There's a simplified guide released about 3 months ago that you can refer to choose the type of ntr path you want.

There are two distinct NTR paths in the club scene. In the one where you confront and embarrass her at the gym the first time and continue to give her shit about it she refuses to take you to the club and goes with Jenna instead (this is called Nat Angry path). Jenna chases off the skinhead biker guy and Nat fucks the quarterback instead.

Thank god for this, the walkthrough in the link in the OP is just a nightmare to navigate. Now I can get back into this from the beginning and see what kind of paths I did miss since I only have done a cheating and willing cuckold path.
