v0.09_V1 Alpha, it's the Alpha, then next is Beta, then next is complete, and then public, it's going to be a long while before it gets to complete.
Don't know where you heard that, but it is entirely false. Just to be sure, I literally just opened the last update i played (0.08_v3b_supporter) and loaded my old savefile from April 2019. Threw an exception at first, Ignored and went on normally. I always use fresh installs, since Windows takes care of porting the saves. I honestly don't think update-only files are provided. If they're not here on F95, then the dev didn't make them and you're taking your chances if you "find" them elsewhere.

use the search in the downloads section, you can put any tag you like there, and search for the games with 3 to 5 stars first, that's what i do at least when i want to search for games, you can also put the type of engine there if you have a preference, and there are a ton of incest with mom x son, seems to be the most popular fetish out there! XD
I recommend that you always read information in the OP in detail first, and a couple of posts above modder also reminded of this.
I'd recommend starting with doing a search for all incest games that are complete. There are quite a few good ones that end that you can start playing now while everything else is still being spread across years.

Based on what SonsOfLiberty said and the fact that there won't be public releases anymore I'm pretty sure that the multi-mod will get updated once the complete version gets leaked to f95
