The simp brain rot is incredible. The very idea of supporting people during development is so ludicrous that anyone getting it should be constantly thanking everyone and stopping it if they aren't going to work on it for the month.

You pay money for a finished product. The fact that demand outstrips supply to the degree we have games get supported for their whole lifespan is crazy lucky for devs. And the majority have abused that situation. Will makes maybe 4k a month from people who solely desire a continuation of this porn game. The fact that he can't hire someone to use his models to make scenes or a programmer to work on other things is inexcusable if people weren't utter morons when it came to what gets their dicks hard.

I don't even care about this game or what Will does, it's just crazy looking for an update and only finding donor simps slobbering on his knob. You don't respect yourselves or have any standards and thus you get nothing. Congrats

We have some idea's for the school but frankly there is so many events in the que, we're not ready to build out new plots at the school yet. For sure we want more content for the school, but we've still got the yard, the VIP section, and a few other places currently on the burner at the moment.

There is one idea which may heavily involve Megan that we've been playing around with but I can't get you any sort of ETA on when that might start showing up.

Oh Sure, there's thousands of stocks that are doing great and making money But, how do you think that they Got there? All of those stocks started out as Start Up Investments. People had to believe in the product enough to want to buy into. With many products, you don't even get much of a chance to even sample what you invest in. Do you think that early investors in Shell Oil got the opportunity to get free gas for their cars? When Apple first went public on the market, do you think they tried to put their product into every home first?
Devs do demos as a way to secure investors in their product. If enough people like the product or see potential in it, theyll invest in it. Are there shady devs and modders? Sure. Just like in the market (look up Enron). You can't stop the deviousness of a human being when they are set on being so. For the most part, Will and the team have been consistent and transparent with their work. Just like the market, there will be ups and downs but people willing to take a chance on this VN support it monetarily because it's worthwhile. That doesn't make them simps anymore than a person going to Vegas with their money playing the slots, roulette, or the blackjack tables. If you've been burned, you have the right to be pissed off but don't come in here pissing on everyone else's parade. Breathe dude.

Besides, the guy comes into the thread just insulting people simply because he's pissed off about something, or did you not read his post before you read mine. takes a long time updating his games - this is true and a fact.

does give quality updates that I appreciate, I rather have quality over a failing story arc made just to pump out material.
Now to the patrion money givers comment above.

Most companies have sponsors to make theyr product - handing in money to a creator to make money themselves - this pushes the creator to make faster and faster updates to meet the sponsors demands so they can make money, look at Activation Blizzard as an example, unfinished patches and games, they sell for a monthly income.

When the creator gets paid by stuff like patreon or other services, he gets paid under the same system as above, however he can choose when his updates are done - artistic freedom is more important then fast updates and cash flow from sponsorships. This has a downside too, he will never get as big as Activition blizzard, however he still got his dignity and artistic freedom to do whatever he likes in the game/games.

Are people that buying skins in game, spending money on mobile games or game-time also simps?
Because at this moment your logic just failed to pass my comprehention of this matter.

Iv followed you since the first update of your game, came to it after playing DMD - and I find it far supperior - simply love it.
Looking forward to your next update, your the sole reason I come to F95 ones a week to see if there is a game update ready - and I get just as happy every time I see a new update up.

I actually don't think Will even takes that long to update his games, usually.

I think this update is an outlier, sure. But it sounds like everything, from the writing to the image renders, have been finished for about a month now. The only thing remaining for Will to do is to script it all into the game.

He's just going through life issues right now. He'll push the patch out when it's all squared away.

Murlock is actually right and it's something you can easily observe from a multitude of games in this site. It's even more common when you see the devs participating in the thread and it gets dumb as all fuck.

There are games with the abandoned tag, with no sign of updates, but you'll still see coomers slurping the people responsible for their fix. It's beyond sad.

Now, I don't really give a shit if most games here just stop being updated or take too long. What bugs me is the constant pity crap that I see everywhere. There's no update? Start and end with that, especially if dates are completely useless and meaningless, since it won't come out then. Personal crap to garner pity is just strategy to string along gullible fools.

I don't believe a thing said about a devs personal life in here and if any of you has any sense, you shouldn't either. To garner sympathy is the oldest trick in the book, for fuck's sake.
