Well try to not have enough money. If I remember correctly there was weekly event when you paid for something to have higher chances and also some repeatable activities. If you're seeing Lauren in the bathroom giving handjobs, you're on the correct path. It was already mentioned that the Fridge Cleaning event is bugged and does not really raise submission. Apparently there was bugfix today, but since it's not here, try raising the stat through built-in cheats (icon in the top right corner of the phone)

Yes, the fingering is the end. But you have to get her obedient enough to do it, so if you can't finger her, there was text "submission +1" instead. But this event is bugged, so even if you see the text, submission isn't actually raising, hence just can't get her submissive enough to trigger the fingering by normal means.
