this game could be anywhere from 2stars to 4... i could even understand the 5 due to the amount of time you can "waste". too bad most of it is grinding. and the sex scenes are usually not worth the time invested. they are not bad but nothing great either.

this game would be a decent 4/5 game without any grind just as a simple visual novel. i rarely vouch for a gallery unlocker, but here imo it's necessary. just unlock gallery, watch scenes, and delete the game. the story is occasionally buggy, sometimes self-awarely funny, but quite simple and cliché with some unique routes to the intended sexual result (incest).

i think i played like 10+hours then went to sleep... without fapping... not that there weren't sexy scenes... it's just usually low frame animations or boring sexual (and grindy) stuff. and a very slow start. but i think after 10+hours the story picks up to make sex a bit more interesting. but still it's just too many little tiny problems with the game, which are hard to explain aside from being very slow.

with some small changes and being a VN this could easily be a standard 5/5 incest to recommend. but it sadly isn't. it's a poorly made game with some occasionally great sexual situation ideas, a lot of blueballing and grinding. "rape" tag is mostly nonexistent. NTR is mostly used in failing your longterm goals/ambitions. i could have easily given this 2/5 with a good conscience, but it has a lot of content so it's really hard to rate. so 3/5 it is overall.

if you want to "waste" a lot of your time by grinding and slow pacing while the game still keeps you a bit interested but not enough to satisfy your "itch" then this game is perfect for you.

Nice models and great sex scenes, the grind is a tad tiresome early on with progress being a bit slow but it's manageable for me. Being a bit less sandboxy would have made the game perfect imo but still worth a shot if the tags are to your interest.

This game deserve an average note above 4 out of 5. I don't understand its current rating, which is why I write this review, in a effort to make it higher.

I don't understand the bad comments about the grind. With a few use of the skip buttons, it's not that tiresome. And the hints are helpful, so it's hard to get stuck (and easy to get sucked lol).

Lauren is the best girl there though, and the fun started with the more recent updates, it's only uphill from here I imagine. Though, I believe people will go toward the mother, few scenes with her as for now, kind of a slow burn on her part.

To synthetise a bit, this game is very versatile, and you can avoid most fetishes you're not comfortable with. The models look great, the animations too. The story is good, as well as the dirty talk. There's some humor, nothing to crack a rib, but still, it's funny. So, yeah, play this game, especially if you're into incest games. It's not perfect, for sure, but it doesn't deserve its actual rating.

Usually I'm not a fan of 3d games but this one is extremely well done. There are ton's of content. Multiple tags, good renders, lots of incest, compelling story and great gameplay. I'm sure to revisit this one when more content comes out

The sandbox elements ruin any chances this has for being good. Far too grindy to be enjoyable. On top of that there is barely any content in the first place, and despite all the overtly sexual things you do with your sisters they refuse any actualy sexy stuff with you. And this has been in development for a looong time now. Still cant have sex with your mom. Unacceptable stuff.

I just binged this game so freaking hard it is not even funny, and I can't wait for the sequel. So. The artwork is fantastic for a game of this size and for this style. There are a few games out there with more top-tier art, but this is on-par with other CG ones that don't break immersion, the characters look distinct and interesting, and there's something bordering on vulgar in some of the looks that certainly draws me in. Content wise its slightly standard fare of what we expect from this genre (it even introspectively makes fun of that through some 4th wall breaks) but if the formula works well... I'm certainly happy to see more of it! And it has enough novelty in how it is presented that I actually follow and don't tune it out, that I'm curious about navigating through it, and that I'm excited to see how the corruption plays out. And the writing is fantastic. Not too wordy, not too brief, good grammar, enough lewdness in the right spots to be hot, not reading like a fan fic porn novel.. Just love it. And so very sad to have reached the end of the current content (which is very helpfully indicated in the game's menus). More please!

Version 0.08 Played using the cheats in the phone

Well this is a gem that I always skipped as the pinned pics didnt really do it for me. Gave it a go, what a surprise. First I played with cheats on the phone, which seemed to bring down any grind that others seem to complain about, but it really didn't seem like the grind would have been too bad. After all this is a game, not a visual novel, or slideshow.

It was very fun to play. Extremely well written, renders are very good, and those start to grow on you during gameplay. Characters are very well thought out and gameplay is very well done.

The "progress" guide, checklist could be cleaned up, but it is there and tells you what you need to do, when to do it.

The story is engaging, funny and hot. As it is a "game" yes there is a need to progress and you get cockblocked many times ...so if you don't want that, go watch some porn. Its a very fun play and lots of playtime as of 0.08.

Only downer for myself was when the MC is visible...what a turd, midget, ugly, out of shape ...teen kid, with a horse cock. Wish the Dev made him at least a decent looking, normal height. As it is now, all the women fall for his cock....just his cock and his amazing white knight personality. As he has no physical attributes that are attractive...well other than his baseball bat dick.

Great game otherwise, very enjoyable and lots of playtime. Not a fap fest, but a great goal orientated, stage driven game.

This game follows the typical H trope where the borderline sociopathic brother wants to fuck his family, the difference of this game with fucking garbage like big brother and bad bobby is that this game doesn't take itself too seriously and that makes it fun to play, the writing is fun and witty, and grinding does have its rewards so it's not that annoying, and that's one thing i don't understand, this game gets a lot of bad reviews for supposedly having a lot of grinding but that's just false the grinding can be avoid very easily using the cheats that are on the phone, or at least that's what I did, but anyway the average user of this forum is not very smart, as for the renders it is true that they cannot be for everyone and sometimes the facial expressions are a bit cursed but personally I like them, they are not the best renders in the world but they are good. Anyway, I really like this game and it's kind of weird because I usually don't like this type of game with this type of mc but as I said, what I really think makes this game special is how it's written, it's very funny

you'll spend 90% of the time clicking the same shit and pressing the skip dialogue button. the remaining 10% is watching crappy models straight out of 2001 doing over-the-pants stuff or handjobs. mc gets a blowjob from the town bicycle at some point tho, which probably gave him an std lol

someone said there's sex scenes, but honestly it ain't worth playing the whole game. get the multimod to unlock the gallery and read the overview, that's pretty much all you need to know about the story. the rest is just a bunch of crap the dev thought up to stretch the story for as long as possible so he can release as few scenes as possible every time.

edit: forgot to mention i spent like 4 hours on this thing. seriously, save yourself a million clicks and just watch the gallery.

‘A Family Venture’ is a Sand Box H-Game of the Taboo genre. The story revolves around the MC named Ryan and his complicated Family. Ryan’s ‘venture’ is to assume the role of ‘Man of the House’ in light of his Father’s absence. The Creator Will Tylor utilizes the Renpy engine and Daz Studio to create a parallel North Eastern United States, consistent with tropes of affluent denizens, private schools, corrupt FBI agents, and Mafia underworlds.

Gameplay/Interaction
AFV is a more immersive gaming experience compared to standard Renpy visual novels. The player will need to navigate Ryan through different time schedules, money-making, and NPC Stat fluctuations in order to trigger ‘Events’. This may seem like a grind at first, but using the ‘Hint’ menu and the recent addition of ‘New Event’ screen announcements; it all becomes easy to understand what’s happening.

Storytelling/Dialogue
AFV has excellent dialogue and narration due to the Creator’s English comprehension. But he also understands comedic storytelling. The character banter’s hilarious, and each character has their own unique voice to add to the story. The script is concise and focuses on its main cast, but also the backstories and subplots help support the main plot's narrative.

Character Progression/Interaction
Ryan the MC begins as a small 18-19 year-old, living in his father’s shadow. But later he begins his own business, earning passive income and endeavors to realize his lustful taboo fantasy. The NPC cast goes through their own gradual transformations, each with their own motivations. But ultimately Ryan helps to bring out their inner slut.

Art Style/Direction
The character models have a design quality unique only to AFV. They’re somewhere between a cartoon and reality, and they remind me a bit of the art styles of Jab Comix or Barnabie Bunny. The character renders, poses and facial expressions are excellent! Their facial expressions really capture the emotions of anger, embarrassment, and arousal. The animations are great, and the Creator’s continually improving his Daz studio skills.

Titillation/fapability
This game is hot, and the build-ups too the sex scenes make everything worth while. ‘AFV’ has both loyalty and NTR theme., But even on the NTR route, the NTR is avoidable. It brings gravity to the decisions that Ryan has to make. The sex scene dialogue will bring you to the edge, and the hot cast of ladies will make you hard to decide on which one's your favorite.

I would highly recommend A Family Venture! It’s well written and has its own unique style of art and dialogue. 5 out of 5 my Friends!

Well, I found most of playtime pleasant, and renders are also in good quality. Events were placed close enough for me not to be bored with grindy parts. Gameplay length is.. satisfactory I guess? Well, with one exception - the school elections. I could either start it realively early, but with high risk of bad ending(I dislike NTR) due to lack of money, since costs were high and with spendings for other events it was a bit too much, or relatively late. Second option meant, I could pull it off financially, but there was practically no other events to do in the meantime, so with exception of few weekly regular election events, it was the most monotous and tedious part of game. For like 6 weeks I couldn't skip whole days because of constant need of earnig money, and yet there was nothing else to do, with exception of some repeatable sex scenes. But how many times can I repeat them? More so, I just wanted that plotline to finally be over. That part took one star from my rating.

Also possibility of repeatable scenes was definitelly good idea for this game. So then, why scenes unlocked during elections are not avaible later? It's illogical to just abandon those, it could easily be made as another replayable content to enrich grindy parts.

I really liked this game. It has a great amount of scenes. Optional ntr. Not top but good renders.

There is no reason why events can't be brought closer together, I think the dev has a sadistic side where he likes to slowly kill fappers by wearing down their patience until there is nothing left.

Everything else is of decent quality, but it really wouldn't be hard to restructure the game and get rid of the grind.

Just why?

Really great game. Slow burn as hell, but it deliver. I like that there is some kind of cheat mod that allow me to witness the romance and ntr route without the need to start again. I would love to see some physical changes in the girl, specially Mom. Maybe longer hair or another hair style.

I find this game incredibly hot for some reason. When it comes to gameplay itself it is decent but I keep coming back (if you will) to many of the scenes, especially with Sidney. She's crazy hot to me for some reason. High recommend to fans of this genre. Eagerly awaiting future content.

Great graphics, decent story. Deserve proper finish though. I would appreciate more variation of clothings. Possible connected with the level of corrupting characters. More photosets would be also good idea. So more scenes and completing story would make the game perfect.

I played this for a lot longer than I'd like to admit and I felt cheated by the sunk cost of time spent and the subsequent mediocre payoff.

Lets talk pacing, there a long stretches of this game where nothing happens or can happen, you can't progress the story until you get characters to certain levels of their stats which just mean repeating the exact same scene over and over and over and over and over and over, again. Did you notice how instead of 3 "over"s I had 6? which is far too many? That's what the game does. 3 times should be the max, it starts to get boring on the third time just move on. There is very little progress to be made in the game and you have to progress to certain points in each story line before you can progress in the next one, so instead of doing story lines simultaneously you have to do them for the most part one by one. You can't just skip though days either you need to do the same task every afternoon instance in order to keep earning money so it drags on even more.

The game's story heavily involves NTR, credit to the developer for the NTR elements being optional and explicitly telling the player whenever the NTR option shows up, but it's so prevalent it bleeds into the non-NTR run of the game. I mean the point of the game is to pay of the mob every week so your mom doesn't have to be a stripper for them. The younger sisters story line is entirely about making sure she doesn't fuck your worst enemy for a bet. I don't recommend this game at all but I especially don't recommend it if you don't like NTR.

The walkthrough for this game is 67 pages long, every 3 pages encompassing a week. 1 day of the week contains 5 time instances. It is during these time instances when sex events occur. If you do the math the walkthrough for this game covers ~781 instances over 22 weeks. As of writing the game has 80 non-NTR events. That means a little over 10% of the game is sex scenes and a little less than 90% of the game is not. If you make a porn game where 90% of it isn't porn you have made a bad porn game, there I proved it mathematically.

I think there could be a better game in this mess, reduce the amount of clicks it takes to interact with basically anything, make it so the events can efficiently line up and can be done simultaneously, change how many times you need to repeat scenes to progress, turn the "libido" stat into an on or off switch, and a number of other basic changes and you might have a game worth playing. I don't plan to stick around on the hope that those changes get implemented and I don't think you should either.

I usually hate these types of games but the grind in this one didn't feel bad. I laughed more times than I care to admit and usually at the expense of Sydney, especially early on. Great job with this one. My only complaint would be the interface.

it seems that according to the screenshots everything should be slightly perverted, which is a plus, but. the game, even with cheats, is a rather wild grind, neither the characters nor the scenes are worth it.
