2 tabels and one siting stoll and a cash register.
press "Esc" go to item, look for the 4 items in the furniture tag location, once you find it hit Z and use,
then she'll hold it and you'll be able to place it. do that for all 4.

i found the furniture in the next room, i go into build mode, then i open my inventory to the furniture section, select the table, and press "z" (and e and space and enter). Nothing happens.

OK, this dude fucked up his explanation, you DON'T GO TO INVENTORY, you go to special option in the menu, when you are in bulding mode. Here.

It's in the description of the item. Anyways it's MEM, KO, & NAME
MEM = Unlock all the gallery
KO = Knockout, she lose all stamina and falls down
NAME = Change her name
