So i'm not quite finished with my first playthrough but the mc says he wont go over 10 harem members, either this isnt true as there are 12 girls in the images tab or 2 get cut? or maybe the 10 total number is bullshit?

Personally think the ten was supposed to be the 9 plus Fiona. Think the #10 it is still the case even with the additions due to his ability to say who is in it or not. He can fuck you doesn't mean you will be in the harem. Question is if he hits 10 will he go I am not adding more or will he add more in the end.

I dreaded the fact that eventually I had to start creating renders for the next update. Actually I didn't realize straight away, but eventually I figured it out. The first scene of the next update was supposed to be a fight scene, and I was convinced that no matter how much effort I put in, it would look like dog shit.
I don't know what I'm doing. I create games based on vibes and what feels right in the moment. But you can't do that with animations. People already don't like the sex animation I put in my game. How are they supposed to feel about animations where I make characters actually do stuff?
Believe it or not. I was a little impressed of how the animations I made turned out. There are still a lot of animations that need to be made, but at least the first two are done.
So... Some of you might not believe when I say I dreaded starting with this scene. To those, I say, the evidence is pretty clear. I didn't just finish the text for Episode 8 (The next update; 11,000 words), I even finished the text for the update after that, Episode 8.5 (11,300 words). That's something I've never done before. I almost started writing the update after that, but I couldn't. Towards the end of Episode 8.5 I noticably fell out of a flow state. The words no longer came naturally, and my writing suffered. With which I mean, I absolutely killed it with the text that came before that. I told you I restarted writing Episode 8 from scratch, and yeah... 100% worth it.
The next two updates might be the best ones yet. I'm convinced. Now all I need to do is convince you. And looking at the image that comes along with this post, I'd say I will have an easy time with that. I mean, look at it. I should downplay the expectations for my future fight scenes (for my own good), but I truly think I can deliver something good. Give me a bit more time and I'll surprise you.
Anyway, I won't be home tomorrow. And then next week, I should probably work on this month's special renders, but Tueseday I'll be back working on this scene. Unless inspiration hits, and I decide to write Episode 9.
Not sure what you guys should be hoping for. Probably the later, because that means the game will be finished a little sooner.

A battle scene? Are we at the end yet? You mean the final fight with Nathaniel? That was way too fast. Oh well. The main thing is for the story to end logically.
Seems clear to me that the 'battle' scene will probably just be a more elaborate training battle shown as an animation. Unless the dev put that render in as a red herring.
