IIRC it's another "heart" thing on the laptop after "The Epilogue" is completed.
Another special scene got released today, looks like spin-the-bottle. Don't have the tier level to snag it myself. Nice to see more content is still being added. Gives me (some) hope they might actually fix at least the egregious issues, like the continuity problems.
