Can't say if anything got removed, I'm still pretty new to it, but I suspect not. It's more like cheating than NTR in my book, though everyone seems to have a different threshold for what counts as NTR.
Doesn't MC watch Melisa or however you spell their name and the Bull guy plow along with the other female interests? I guess you could mince it around and say it's cheating and voyeur but plenty of other games and devs have classified it as NTR due to the MCs interest in the character and the male characters interest in bragging about it. Unless I'm thinking of another game that is very similar in characters one of the early versions of the game was like a competition between the MC and the bull character for the LIs and if the MC fails at any point he gets cucked by the bull. Again if I'm thinking of the right game and it's not one of those reuse of the same characters in different games the same thing happens with the pig character. NTR has a very objective meaning, it's not subjective in any sense, MC has another male or even dominant female fool around with their LI without them being involved or not allowed to be involved, because being involved would make it a threesome, but they are aware of it and especially if they watch it usually being forced to watch it unless their a cuck then they voluntarily watch it. Netori is when the MC does that to another characters LI. Cheating is simply when someone fools around behind the back of their partner no direct cucking involved how ever it is also still a classification of NTR just an unknowing cuck version of NTR. People really need to stop trying to blur the line of what things are. What things are is objective, whether you like it or not is what is subjective and the fact that whether you like it or not being subjective is an objective truth. Facts/ Truths = objective and opinions = subjective.
