So, what sort of gameplay can I expect here?
And what sort of expansion? Does she grow human-sized tits on fairy-sized client? Or does she just overfeed her until she looks american?

right now the game seems a bit too grindy, to buy one of the recipes it costs 50 silver coins, and each rune costs 1 gold, while making one healing potion lends you about 5 silver, so about 25 potions to be able to get another kind of potion running, yeaah , it takes quite a while...
Overall pretty interesting tho, will keep watching

I see the tag Futa protagonist, I enabled futa content. But the protagonist is (still) very much a women. Did I do something wrong or is it a planned tag?

At the moment it's a planned tag, and the game should have been tagged Female Protag. There is a futa in v0.4, but it's the brothel girl, and there's no dick growth potion yet to be able to make the protagonist one. That might be coming in v0.5, but I can't find a publicly-available changelog for that.

I was going to pass on this because it said Futa protagonist. Im not into horror so about to move on. But you say its is female protag ? Thats why the tag system here in F95 is so scuffed. Its not accurate. You really have to make a post defining whats in game despite what the tags say :/

From what I've seen it's basically a lot of growth/shrink fetishes, bigger breasts & booties. Taller and more muscular, but also potions and monsters that can shrink people.

MC starts of relatively flat and small compared to the rest of the world basically.
