why is it everytime the animation starts it just shows me black screen? the animation only being showed for 1 frame then back to black screen.

Am I the only one that has a problem when the sex animation starts? the animation will only pop up 1 frame no loops nothing just 1 frame then black screen. please help I want play the game as it is intended but if it's like this I cant even enjoy it.
do you have HDR on? if so turn it off the video is not compatible with HDR, that's how i fixed mine
