I don’t want the Gallery system in my game to feel like a giant “memory room” where players just walk around and talk to lifeless models to replay scenes. Instead, I want it to function more like an
intuitive in-game system, where players can easily find and access what they’re looking for.
I’ll do my best to come up with a
solution that feels natural and convenient for everyone.
By the way you can replay the scenes by talking to the girls after completing their quests by asking them for sex. It's part of maintaining the player's relationship with that girl even though their story has ended.
Sorry for coming in a little hotheaded. It's just there are obvious pitfall design traps devs seem to always fall for in rpgm
You dont necessarily need a gallery, but you do you need an intuitive and easy way to find the completed girls. Last time I tried your game was about a year ago, I have no idea where any of these completed girls are now. What day, time of day, and place are a lot to memorize. Which everyone will forget by the time the next version comes out (like me) You need a tracker of sorts thats tells you where they are at, maybe fast travel to the character, etc.
Right now the most monotonous part of your game is watching the MC walk around like a 300lb Asian school kid, going slow af. The motorcycle was nice addition. But it doesnt solve the MC walk in buildings. Imagine playing an old Pokémon game not allowed to sprint. Thats what it feels like.
As the dev, you may not be bothered by this, but you have to put yourself in the players perspective. walking constantly to work 20 times to go on a date one time is not fun. Walking extremely slow is not fun. Walking around aimlessly because you have no idea where any of the girls are after you completed them is not fun, (not to mention not all of the girls scenes are even repeatable from what I witnessed). Walking into multiple buildings with absolutely no interaction available is not fun. Searching around a gigantic map (at its current state) is not fun.
I might be being harsh. But im just giving you honest criticism. Good luck, please think about these suggestions.
