You can start a new game and unlock that scene. Then you'll have all the scenes unlocked.Game like this shouldn't have missable scenes imo. It's frustrating that I missed one scene with Rae, the one called "pre-reveal service". I've managed to unlock all of the scenes except that one.Still a great game though.

No clue yet; life happens though, and going by the dev's history, probably not much longer, or he'll have a good reason for it.
For now, just wait and see.

For who wants to know, I've updated my Halloween walkthrough post with the new scene added to the Halloween event with the newest patch (v0.5.11r1) and tweaked Caitlin's slightly (there were some minor changes in the beginning). It is linked in the OP beneath "extras".
