Is this another harem hotel, where the story is a sub plot to repetitive tasks or is there a cohesive story?

To add to what was said before: there is very little to no grinding in this game. IIRC, only at the beginning you may have to repeat a task a bit, but no more than 3 times or so. Nothing like Harem Hotel.
However it still is a sandbox, so no continuous story just plopping out, you will have to walk and look around a bit.
what choices you made to get the three stars for the flower power?
All i can get is one star and i tried a lot of combination in the choices offered, but still get only one star.

I seem to have been out of the loop for so long that I'm 6 patches behind.
Which is good, as that means there might actuallybe something new. Fingers crossed.
But it's also bad, in that it'll take 2 days to download.
Can't possibly find patches from .7.9 to .7.16.
I hope we'll one day have a split archive or smth.
Question: Is it possible to take a compressed version and then later pile regular updates on top again? Or does it differ in other things than pictures?

So to play this should I download the game and then download the HQ update that changes it to the newest version? Is that how to do it?
Downloading the game will give you the latest version, so you won't need the HQ update.

I'm not even too much into 3DCG, but I love this game. It gets so many things right. Including a hot dwarf woman (having all three things at the same time is kind of hard to see).

I'm halfway through the game, and I like the story a lot. My only problem with the game is, the order of the quests can be broken easily especially after taking Lyriel to the house. For example,

The pizza quest was created before Yona or Blair arrived and Naomi's particular storyline was introduced and is meant to happen much earlier in the storyline.
What I was tried to tell was one can go off the rails quite easily when doing multiple quests. Pizza quest was the most noticeable one so I gave it as the example. Iirc it requires coming to a certain point in Lyriel's and Cait's main quests to appear, and both of the quests have a lot of waiting time, so it only makes it easier to mess the order if you want to continue to other quests.
