I accidentally clicked "create" instead of save and restarted, removing all of my progress and not being able to load my old game. I really don't like the save system

Here too, on Click wrong and your game is Killed. Create make a new game, The formaly Save is Deleted

I will have to think of something that will make it less easy for someone to press the create or load button (which will also lose unsaved progress) but accident..

But at the same time.. I dont really want to have to add a cofirm you want to create / load... after you press it once.
Would making the create and load buttons disappear after the first the start.. and so when you load you get the choice of the 3.. but then once you are into the game.. you can only press save.. but then you could still press create instead of load...

Leave this with me and I will see if I can make a menu system that is harder to accidently wipe over your save, for the next version!... :S

The idea of a misclick over a small area with no warning or confirmation wiping your save (which also happened to me--it's also not at all clear why it should wipe the save if you haven't re-saved over it) is horrible design. I just lost a fair amount of progress--all tedious grind by the way--and so have no desire to restart. It's unplayable as-is.

Firstly its not a twine game.. secondly if you looked at the help button.. it mentions that if you use the magnifying glass option built into your browser you can make it fit closer to the size of you screen.. Its very difficult to built a game (and engine) completly from scratch and get it to fit everyones set up.. (and kinks) but I am trying!!!

...Why are you building an engine from scratch when there are several readily available ones that work exactly like this? Yeah, you can solve the postage stamp size issue, but it's not a good first impression. Seems like you're making a lot of unnecessary work for yourself.

Please please please in the future allow us to change the white background to grey or something... for us that usually enjoy dark modes on browsers... this is too much bright white

Hi... The screen size issue is something I am not sure how to fix.. You are right I tested on a 1080 monitor however I dont ever run a browser at full screen so I tend to resize it to the game/what ever I am doing to fit... but you do want it to be a decent amount of the screen filled or the text becomes too small.. I get that.. which is why I thought the zoom would fit all.
After a quick goolge, I think you might be using chrome? I think firefox allows for increments of 10..
I think IE (spits) used to allow you to type in any number.. Im not sure about edge?
I am working with both firefox and chrome (this was what I was maninly testing on) and hadnt spoted the jump 110 - 125 - 150...
Will have to think about if there is a solution..

Its a fair comment on about the easy to misclick.. I will probably be releasing a bug fix in the next 24 hours.. Allthough, I have not yet read any bugs as such.. but plenty of smaller tweaks.. So Im going to have a play this morning with menu.. so that its going to be harder to accidently save over your save with a blank new one.

The grind I had hoped was a little less tedous that the pevious version. I lowered some of the requirements and added some more lower level quests which meant stats could be built up doing them.. This is something I hope will improve over releases.

I want to be able to create and engine that can do anything. I was going to do the game in something else but it all just felt to restrictive. But also, I wanted the challenge. In the end this project might fall flat on its face.. but at least I can say I tried.

I might think about adding something in the tutorial quest about resizing the screen.

Its 9am on the weekend you need to speak to the shopkeep if you have enough like with him and a mobile phone.
I need to alter the hint system to be more clear about the day/time..

its a bit early in the morning for me.

If you are asking does the game have sex.. it is building towards that. but other than the porn on the laptop.. The MC does not have full blown sex with anyone yet. There is a number of quests where the MC engages in different sexual content though.

The park toilet quest. This is one ofthe quests that will take your down the pure M/M route.
There is one ofthe bullies that depending on stats will also take you down a pure M/M toute.
Threre is no actually M/M content with the new house that you can gain access to.. but this is another location where a pure M/M experience will happen..

There are also some other M/M content but this is less of the pure M/M which involves Sub / Dom and Cuck...

Ok You have my word... I will write it on a piece of paper I have already started work on.. I am going to add a button that allows you to pick your own background colour or flip between the white and grey at least...
This is something I think I can do quite easily, if I am right.. and its looking more likely that I am going to put out a mini patch update in the next day or so.. I will do it for that...
If I dont put out an update.. then it will be in the v0.3 (but im pretty sure a quality of life patch is coming)..

unplayable in chrome and microsoft edge gotta remove left right and up down scroll tried all zoom lvls and f11... immersion sapping no good (0 out of 10 Fapability Score) galleries on Pornpics are better than this!!!

Can I ask what screen res are you running at.. and were you running the browser full window?
I have not found anyone yet who has found the magnify option in the browser has not got the screen to a close fit to their resoluton size..
I want to see if I can replicate your situation and see if I can then help.. I have chrome as the main browser I run the game in.

its defo 9am weekend and you need to talk to the shop keep.. give me a few mins.. Im going to load up the code now and see if I can remind myself the exact requirements.. you have to have the phone and you need the shopkeep like to be either 10 or 15+
i got a feeling it might be charisma of 20 also... Will double check now..


Ok I have checked and the quest hint says Mobile, Shopkeep like 10+ and MC Charisma 10+
It doesnt mention about the 9am on weekends which I know I need to update..
But i have found the issue... the code is looking for shopkeep likle of 20+ with mobile and charisma 10+

I am getting really annoyed with myself now.. as I thought I had caught all these silly mistakes.. I spend time going through each of the quests making sure the hints matched the code. and there was enough info there to guide the player..

Ok so a QOL update will be made soon.. Hopefully today.. (it will work with current saves)

I already have...
Is there a particulare aspect of the UI that you dont like?
I have tried to build something that keeps all the information on the screen without a need for scrolling.
I am going to have a go at allowing the user to choose the background and panel colours for the next release / patch for this one.
