is there a list of all quests available? (to see if i have found them all)

Not really no.. but most are triggered from the intro quest or from completing another quest..
Others can happen once you buy a phone or pc, or hit a certain stat points (or npc like)..
There are also mini events that you might well not run into unless you are exploring..
The quests are main content but also there is lots more content that unlocks and repeats (or random repeats) from just being around the place doing stuff..

Got the costume. I've been to Fox's at numerous times, week & weekend... I get the option to check her outfits in her room "consider your options", but I have the outfit she wants, and no option to swap it?
Anyone help?
The text just says " Fox has agreed for you to swap the costume she wanted for the one you want. Buy the one she wants and visit her again for the swap "

have you installed the latest patch.. as that was fixed in that.

if you have finished the quest (its no longer listed in the quest menu) then you need to go there week days early and you should see an icon for working. if the quest is not finished can you tell me what number step u are on

I am stuck on "Getting a Job" I need to turn in the photo of the mother to the shopkeeper in the weekend before he opens the shop but there is no quest marker.

have you tried interacting with the shopkeep? some of the quest steps are at locations, some require interaction with a person or object.

if its still not showing.. I am currently building a new release and I am running through every quest slowly now and making sure everything is running, and that Im happy with the stats needed, given and much more.. I just done this quest now, and I have rebuilt the start and finish.. so if its not working for you.. hold fire where you are with that one for now, and when the fix comes out you will be able to finish it.

How do I trigger Felix's quest? As far I know I am ready for it, but I can't get it to activate. I know at one point he says meet him at the police station at 10am but nothing ever happens.

Side note, did the janitor job get taken out? I can't seem to trigger since I started a new game.

the janitor quest both versions appears once your get to a point with siscam quest (which is available depends on your option choice).
The felix quest is only a place holder for now

There is not. Your best bet is to have saves just before activating an event.

not just you.. i think its a glitch in the current version.. I have fixed it in the version i am building now

Dude, u really should think about the size of files. It's becoming way too big now.

New update has dropped on the Patreon site. V0.87.
Some bug fixes. tweaks to a lot of the older quests. and complete rewrite to the sister on the game quest and post quest reward.
