No alternative. It's only available in "Hotwife" path. It's like you make Mary sleep with other men (only a few at that point) and she allows the MC to sleep with Charlotte in return.

Any non-consensual sex by MC will lead to a cheating path. Including non-consensual sex in hotwife path too.
There are enough girls in the vanilla path though not all fan favorite women are available in that path (mainly in swingers club or other swingers scene).
