I see a few members here worried about "missing" scenes. Because of regulation changes by third parties.

For a few devs, I see this may be a problem, but when dealing with knowledgeable and creative devs (like you guys, haha) I remain sure that nothing will go "missing" and that your creative writing skills will manage to keep all the content, and perhaps just make it a bit hotter, given the opportunity to "amp it up" in a rewrite. Imagination....it's a great thing.

so from the sounds of it we are gonna be able to determine the status of Mary through a choice at the start of the next game or when she shows up. Like broke up , Cheated but reconciled , hotwife , loyal ( hopefully there isn't a in jail option because of the murders she is being setup for) I kind of forgot the status of her charges if they been dropped or not.

She won't be in jail, atleast that is what the status is per Chapter 5.6.

Yes, let's see how it goes. We just don't want the game to be rejected by Steam even before it is published.

We haven't decided yet how we will do the returning characters roles in the next game. It will either be a variable/choice when they appear (player deciding their status) or just having it be a presumed "good" ending to ALWL. Will see once we get there what makes more sense for us.

I 1/2 agree I just want to see as much Mary content as I can no matter who it is haha. Just not a fan of her getting knocked up by another dude even on the cheating path that they reconcile . On the burn bridges cheating path sounds like it could be fun.

I look forward to seeing which way you go. If you use a variable/choice it could get complicated. Going with the presumed good ending would make it easier I think.

with variable isn t necessary complicate,i depend how it how it is done.Plus the choice is here for a reason not just a decor.

It definitely sounds like the way to go. A fresh clean start for the new work from the get go. Before then I look forward to the rest of ALWL.

Since it won't be Fred and Mary's story in the next ones. We will probably just stick with a good ending, but you never know. We may decide differently when it gets to that point. We will definitely make sure to have variables set at the end of ALWL in case we need to use them.

only swinging scenes are forced as it's part of the game but beyond that no sharing if you dont want it to happen

Sorry. The game was designed with a Swingers club as the initial planning. So swinging is a big part of the game. So they will have sex with other couples. Beyond that, cheating, hotwife etc. it is avoidable, depending on choices the player makes.

Damn, why can't cheating get a "good" ending? This is fantasy, after all. Who's to say the couple can't work out their differences and end up together again (even if they were cheating on each other)?

We didn't say it wasn't possible. Only the cheating is the one way to get a 'bad' ending. But we do have a way for the cheaters out there to end up with a good ending also. As long as you don't go overboard with it.

for me it would be a weird end,because cheating IRL always finish badly.
