I've replaced the censored animations with their uncensored variants from the japanesse version. There are only 5 or so changes.
Scenes are still censored. By scenes I mean all bedroom and ending animations. Also, happy new year I guess

I like the demon aspect but i don't like the whole small guy thing and the big ass girls. the art was pretty nice other than that. if you have black screen on the first scene change your folder names to something shorter. I just changed it to succubi and that is what worked for me. if the file path is to long some games just won't run or load properly. it have happend to me before.

Alright I fixed my blackscreens by moving the A Lose Hero Folder into the steam common

For reference: This PC -> Windows-SSD (C) -> Program Files (x86) -> Steam -> steamapps -> common

And with that it worked

Yeah, I just moved the whole file and opened it from there

can someone PLEASE help? I have tried everything in these comments to try to stop the black screen at the first scene - moved to desktop, moved to steam folder, shortened the name of the file, moved to downloaded. I even changed the name of the game and data file. What can I do to make this play??

when i talk to someone i only get a black screen, bug?

starting a scene gets me a blackscreen and it seems to be censored, at least his dick is lol
