I do believe the answer is no. From a previous play through, the mom teases the son without touching him (though i think there is a pocket pussy scene) by gradually getting more and more provocative in her actions around the house, watching porn loudly, masturbating, etc. until the son starts to see her sexually. Then for no random reason you can go fuck one of his school mates once the mom is lewd enough. Though the mom is supposedly married, this definitely felt more of a mother/son NTR game. Edit: To set it straight, i last played it when it was still recently new, so unless in the newer updates the son can go further than a pity masturbation session from his mom, the answer is no.
