VN - Ren'Py - A Mother's Love [Part 1-14 Plus] [OrbOrigin]

What an amazing VN! I happened to come across this game purely by chance and while I initially came for the sex, I stayed for the story. This game's story has to be one of the most captivating stories I've read on this site. Almost all the characters here are excellently written. I understand there are a few grammatical errors, but the plot points and pacing are pretty good.
Nicole Heavens... what a beauty both inside and out. Also characters here are not dumb. Especially John Heavens as the antagonist who is ruthless and cunning. The scenes are really good as well, though I'm not too critical on the animation given how fantastic everything else is.
In conclusion this game is 100% a must-play for people that love a romantic story.

The game is truly excellent. The renders are good, the animations are perhaps its biggest flaw (they are ok). What makes this game perfect is the story, character building and the plot and available interactions.

This is one of the best blackmail implementations I saw so far. I also love the fact that the game includes a negotiation factor. I think that is the first blackmail game that attempted to cover that aspect and nailed it. If you are in anyway into the blackmail tag - don't miss out on this title. It's believable and the blackmailed character motives are realistic and well laid out which makes it stand out among the typical "fear of reveal" or "money desperation" blackmail games.

The plot is interesting and just when I thought the game would end it opened up another plot-line. I don't want to spoil it so won't go into details.

There is a ton of content here, I'm still on the first play through but that is one of the rare titles where I plan to actually start again and explore one or two additional paths.

Give it a try, this one is that good.

What a fantastic VN!

Check the "other" section and you'll notice a lot of simple games... more like individual chapters... well, it looks an awful lot like they were the practice sessions, and they did the job well.

This is a complex story, with fantastic character models and settings. Under other circumstances I would probably believe that this story would be a great time waster that would eventually become too complex and fall into the abandoned category, but I have some hopes. Don't get me wrong, it is still very complex and may well fail in the final execution, but the production quality remains high enough that I likely won't care.

There is a lot of story here. The cheating and likely criminal husband, the oddball friend with psychic powers who is lusting after the very same mother you are taking advantage of. The girlfriend on the nexus of a quality relationship and a fling with a teacher who hates you. The teacher's wife who has interesting motivations of her own and apparently works everywhere in town...

And Nicole. The mother in question in a loveless relationship who is easily manipulated with her desire to protect her daughter.

Yeah, there are a hell of a lot of plot threads to solve.

The models are photo-real and even though I usually preface my opinion by stating that favorites are based upon my opinion, I do think the mother character is pretty hard for anyone to turn down. Special mention though for every other character model as they all appeal to me in an interesting way; they are all kind of "real". OrbOrigin seems to make an effort to make Nicole the most beautiful of all, an idealized woman, and then make every other character a tiny bit... plain. Not ugly at all. For me, this has a very interesting effect. Sure, I really want Nicole above all else, but all of the "plain" NPC's are appealing because they are just more "normal" than you would expect in a VN. It makes everything more "real" than most other VN's where every single character is meant to exhibit some sexual trait or look and appeal to the broadest audience. Instead, we get a world populated by the people you would expect in the real world. People with flaws, people with different traits, people who try to look good and people who don't. The immersion value is immense, and on a personal level it's actually a huge turn on for myself (my porn searches get a lot of "homemade" in them as the "reality" of them is attractive as hell).

So I eagerly await a part 9.... and 10, 11, 12. I'd love this VN to simply go on, maybe resolving a plot thread here and there. It would be awesome to nail all the plot threads, but I am actually getting a lot of satisfaction just enjoying the ride.

WAY TOO MUCH POINTLESS TEXT THOUGH

I don't want to literally click constantly for 5 minutes to get anywhere, I don't want to read a shit story, I want to play a sex game. You could tell the same story in 80% less text, just pointless filler that made me close the game several times out of boredom and flacid cock in my hand.

This game is unique for me. Best intimacy with a milf if you choose that path. Renders are good and girls beauty too especially Nicole. Writing is so good I mostly choosed the romantic way but it was a few blackmail thing and it was great as well. Lewd scene animations the only problem for me angles are good it would be great if it would pictures but animations are not smooth. I love the other aspects so much that why I'm not too harsh about the animation thing. Overal great game.

When I first played this game I think it was supposed to be a shorter one, as with other games by OrbOrigin, but I'm delighted that the game has continued and the story taken further. The tension between Nicole (+1 point) and MC is palpable, and so is the passion. I think that's because the characters were well thought out as well as their story arcs.

The sex/erotic scenes are always mouth watering and groin moistening, and the writing is fine (text could use some work in terms of grammar, but the content is decent). So much so that a lack of sound doesn't really bother as such.

A couple of things I'm unsure of, apart from grammar issues which can be easily rectified by proofreading (I could certainly help ) are the side arcs that are introduced but left hanging, and side characters. In the past few updates, everyone apart from MC, Nicole and John haven't got much attention, even though some of them do seem pretty important, like Chloe, the nurse, and Marilyn. The MC's parents also seem to be in a supernatural universe with the way they talk and their own thing. Their dialogues and introduction anytime in the game feels a bit strained and weird. Then there are characters like John's assistant and MC's co-workers who just seem like dead weight and take attention away from the main arcs and chars and don't offer anything worth following.

All in all, the game started out well, continued its high, and seems a little overwhelmed at times with the decision of how to progress the plot further and tie all loose ends. But it's alright. Just shows that the dev doesn't want to leave this project and is willing to rack their brains to get something attractive as an end product. Keep it up, you're doing fine. Just make sure you're keeping track of all the side stories you introduce, because people here surely will!

At start the story is really good but at last few chapters story becomes a headache because of gibberish lines,Spell and grammar Mistakes.

NTR Male Character is....i wanted to say disgusting but i think even that is not enough.a questionable character choice i guess.ohh and i am 99% sure that no girl would fall in love with a face like that.

There are some really good parts in this game, but the horrible localization to english makes this game really hard to endure, especially at the later parts. Its like the original text was thrown into google translate and copy psted in the game. On the plus side, Nicole, the main love interest, is really cute and beautiful, every scene with her is almost perfect, same with Marylin. The female characters look good, the rest not so much, and the environments are pretty bad especially the outside ones. But there are a few good ones.
Overall its an ok story, desperately in need of better translation.

somewhat repetitive, but there are characters that can give a lot of intertwined play. Marylin can to intervene more with the relation between the family and the boy.

I really like the game.

- it is good told so far
- I love how the mother want the MC out of her daughters life and get corrupted by him

There are few flaws:
- The english is bad. It even feels it is getting worse. Sometimes it makes no sense at all what the characters are saying. The writer should get a translator.
- I like that there are 'video' sequences, but they should be much more smooth.
- Marilyn sucks. Or better mainly her 'powers'. I would hope she get a rewrite, I am sure she could work without this powers well. I would like to see more content of her with the non-NTR-route.

The game make me like a MILF story and hoping for more. Which is does not happen often. I am not really into MILF. But this story is perfect, ok, nearly perfect.

This is a True Gem.
First of All, MC is Great, and Nicole is really the dream woman.
The Story progression is amazing, the characters have different traits and nuances and the writing is very solid. Visuals and Sex are Great, but they are secondary to me, for I prefer connecting with the characters, and I totally am in love with Nicole.
Slowly the plot is unraveling deeper, and I can't wait to see what happens next!

Here is my take on this Game:

1. The Character creation of MC, Nicole and her daughter is good.
2. The animation is also good.
3. The explicit scene are not rushed for the sake of it
4. The romance built up between MC and Nicole is amazing.
5. Renders are great, you can see that as soon as you open the game.

Some Feedback for improvement:

• The MC's other school friend M can be improved and given its character arc, I think good content between the main game can be developed there.
• some Voice-overlay ( if the developer can incorporate into game) for specific scene will further improve the game more.
• family of MC is introduced late in game at current stage, which imo can be introduced earlier and an arc there can also be given.

Overall good game and (some) mystery keeps the player in game and makes it enjoyable.

I played this game blind last night for two or three hours, and got around to near the end without realizing it.

This story is pretty detailed, albeit relying on tropes typical of a tv soap. You've got the licentious older man after your girlfriend, the well-meaning yet frustrated mother struggling in her marriage and the seemingly genial yet menacing father. Oh, and there's also a quirky girl playing havoc with your emotions and the plot in general.

I might have gotten lost or drained (mentally) trying to work my way through the story at times, but that's probably a credit to it's creators since that's a level of complexity not attached to most games on the forum. It's also a fair reflection that the protaganist in-game should be feeling, and his uncertainty over his actions. It's very much a cut above most games in terms of engagement and variety with the pursued characters, with a variety of designs and poses to suit your tastes.

Overall, I'd say this is an excellent example of quality in the game's genre and something worth checking out just to play around with even if you're not interested in any of the relevant tags. At the very least, you'll kill a few hours, but I think you'll enjoy yourself a bit more than that.

Bad Points
- Render and animation quality needs lots of improvement. Everything looks like 480p or something. Not bad as 360p but still bad.
- Sex scenes have some weird static and cheap-looking so-called ''animations'' and they are not well-made.
- Characters have pretty doll-looking faces/eyes while having sex or making sexual scenes.
- Despite not being animated the game lacks images as well. We have lots of text and not enough images. Even sometimes you read texts over and over again while looking exact same 1 image... Seriously?

For The End
Honestly, this game had good potential but DEV did a quite poor job of executing that potential, story and character-wise it's an interesting game but that's all.

I kinda ignored this game for a while mostly because of the title (which led me to believe it featured incest, which it does not) but I am very glad I gave it a try.

The writing especially when it comes to intimate scenes and character development is excellent and refreshingly mature and competent after reading through waves of mediocre "landlady and tenant's" VN's. The story and dialogue have a good variety of choices on how to approach characters and continue the relationship with them, featuring both romance and corruption options for the main female romance character.

The visuals are mostly great with some minor flaws especially in the beginning, but the writing completely outweighs them. And the game has a lengthy amount of content by this point already.

Overall It's a really well-made game with great written and visualized intimate scenes and I recommend this game just for the writing alone, it's one of the best-written adult VN's I came across on this site.

Hands down BEST GAME I have ever played that I found on this site. I played straight 10 hours (talk about story and content hah) and still not finished. I don't want to spoil anything this GEM must be played.
