Regarding the public screenshots, the first one worries me quite a bit since we see John too close to Nicole while he is smiling and with his chest uncovered. I think this is another moment where John will try to get on MC's nerves by being too close to Nicole in front of the MC himself.
Regarding the second, we see something that seems to be new in the game: a rather surprised Marilyn. Perhaps it is the moment when MC calls her to tell her what his parents and John Heavens have been plotting behind his own back. However, I personally wouldn't rule out another idea, but it's beyond me right now.
Regarding the private screenshots, I think I'm not wrong in saying that the upcoming Part 15 could be the newest part that has more sex scenes in the game... and assuming that it's very likely that two additional major routes will be created based on the parameter of whether Nicole is pregnant or not, I think we're looking at a scenario where there are at least 3 steamy scenes for each of those hypothetical new major routes in this Part 15.
As for possible details in them, I theorize that the first private screenshot could be taking place in the house of the Heavens, with that scene probably being narrated in one of the game's code teasers, which mentioned that they were making out right in the hall of the house. At least, that's my impression due to the wall and ceiling shown in the background of the screenshot.
As for the second private screenshot, I think it takes place in a public bathroom of that place where the possible costume party is apparently being held. What does seem clear is that it can't be the Heavens' house or MC's either.
They are certainly great teasers for what awaits us in a few days.

Theory time:
Public Images:
1st Image: I very much don't like this screenshot because of multiple reasons. Number one, John is shirtless. Second is he's next to Nicole and it appears Nicole isn't comfortable seeing John shirtless and holding her shoulder. I have to agree with J0K3RXXX theory that this is another attempt by John to make MC (US) lose his (OUR) cool.
2nd Image: I'm not sure what's going on in this scene besides Marilyn is on a phone call I'm guessing with MC (US) and I have to agree again with J0K3RXXX theory about MC (US) telling Marilyn about Hal, Jenny (MC 's parents), and John are sending MC (US) out of town to take care of his (OUR) Aunt Martha. But like J0K3RXXX, I'm open to any scenario or theories that anyone can come up with.
Private Images:
1st Image: Looks like we got another perspective of MC (US) and Nicole having sex in the foyer of the Heaven's household. The reason why I think MC (US) & Nicole are having sex in the foyer it's because we got a teaser dialogue of the two characters, early in Part 15's development, about the two having a conversation while they're having sex in the foyer of the Heaven's house.
2nd Image: I agree with J0K3RXXX again and I was thinking the exact same thing. I also have a feeling that Part 15 will have a lot of sex scenes between MC (US) & Nicole. What I've noticed in the previous parts is that we only get 1 or 2 sex scenes between MC (US) and Nicole. I believe the reason why MC (US) and Nicole are having a lot of sex, not that I'm complaining, but I think it has something to with MC (US) leaving town and I guess MC (US) and Nicole want to make the most of the time they have left.
As for the location, I'm guessing MC (US ) and Nicole are having sex in the restroom of the cowboy or Western theme party they are attending. Because I can see a tissue dispenser on the right side next to Nicole's GORGEOUS BOOBS!

Regarding its content, I will first focus on the public screenshots published yesterday. It seems that we will witness at least one new flashback of Nicole remembering her past with Chloe, probably because of her new motherhood (in the route where that clinic confirmed it to her through that text message received on her camping night celebrated on Day 26) or because of Chloe's current condition, in addition to a new moment in Silvia's subplot.
On the other hand, the first of yesterday's spicy teasers reminded me of the following conversation I had with cxx in the thread, as it seems that he might finally get what he wanted...

As for the other spicy teaser from yesterday and the ones released today, it seems to confirm my feeling that this new Part 15 might be the one with the most steamy scenes.
Finally, regarding the public screenshots published today:
- I still don't like the closeness shown in that first screenshot between John and his wife, especially because it seems to take place in their bedroom.
- I also don't like what the third screenshot of that batch might indicate, because it gives me the feeling that Hal and Jenny are talking about something very sensitive, which could be the dirty little jobs that John is already asking her to do or that they are talking about the forbidden romance of her only child with Nicole.
- As for the second of that batch, it seems that MC and Nicole meet in a hallway of the hospital where Chloe is still admitted and I think it will be just before the steamy scene that could happen in Chloe's bedroom (or the guest bedroom), based on Nicole's outfit.

I'll start first with the public and spicy teaser images that were shared yesterday
Yesterday's Public Teaser images:
1st Image: Just like what J0K3RXXX said, it looks like we're getting another Nicole and Chloe flashback. The reason for these it could be either Nicole's new pregnancy with MC (US) (if she's pregnant in your route) or feeling the guilt that her daughter is still in a coma.
2nd Image: It appears Sylvia is having a panic attack and I'm not sure why. Could it be perhaps she has finally read the documents that MC (US) gave her or she's pissed at MC (US) for telling Nicole on what John did to her (if the player chose the option to tell Nicole of Sylvia's situation with John).
Yesterday's Spicy images:
1st image: Looks like MC (US) has reached his (our) climax. I'm going to guess this is the option if the player chooses to cum outside of Nicole or there isn't an option. I'm very curious on where they're having sex my first instinct was that they're having sex in Chloe's room and I remember the discussion that J0K3RXXX and cxx had that it's a possibility for them to have sex in Chloe's room. It's also possible for MC (US) and Nicole to continue their sex in the guest bedroom if the player chooses to stay with Heaven's at night. And if this is the sex scene where it first takes place in the foyer where it's located on the ground floor of the Heaven's household and Nicole wanted a place to feel comfortable and privacy I'm guessing the guest bedroom would be a good choice since it's located at the ground floor too.
2nd Spicy image: Another MC (US) has reached his (our) climax. I'm going to guess again this is the option if the player chooses to cum outside of Nicole or there isn't an option.

1st Image: I don't like this image because John is close to Nicole and judging from Nicole's attire she has just woken up from bed and one of the necklines of her nightgown is loose perhaps she had another wet dream which causes to let it fall off. I'm curious on what conversation they are having.
2nd Image: I'm guessing this takes place in the hospital where Chloe is still being treated. Judging from Nicole's face she doesn't look happy and I'm guessing it's because Chloe hasn't woken up from her coma yet.
3rd Image: I don't like the look of this image either. It's because of the look of Hal and Jenny's faces. This could be either John has given Jenny a weird task and she's discussing it with her husband or it could be the contents she got from her phone from the previous public teaser image that was shared with us and the contents could be evidence about MC (US) and Nicole's relationship.
Today's & Final SPICY Images:
1st Image: From the looks of things, this sex scene takes place at night and judging by their attire it could be related to the WIP image that was shared with us in the early development of Part 15 where we're theorizing that Nicole and MC (US) are having their stakeout. I'm guessing they moved their session to the inside of their car perhaps Nicole wanted to be comfortable and wanted privacy.
2nd Image: Another perspective from MC (US) where Nicole is giving MC (US) a blowjob at the park where they usually meet. Judging the looks on Nicole's face she's giving MC (US) a very seductive look. It's the same look that Nicole gives at Deal 18 where she's giving MC (US) a blowjob too. Perhaps this seductive look is she's asking us to help her give MC (US) a deep throat. Or in another scenario, she's just teasing MC (US) by satisfying MC (US) by leaving her lips long enough on the top of MC's (OUR) glans.
