It's hard to really say anything at this point. I mean, it's a 0.1, there are bound to be bugs. Some things you can walk through even though they seem like you shouldn't be able to (tables, shelves with alcohol), I can't figure out how to go to sleep (using the bed doesn't work properly) and I'm not sure if any number in the status should be able to drop below 0, but they do. I'm also not a fan of real porn in games, as it's just... well... random people doing stuff, kinda takes you out of the experience, while 3d or 2d graphics, while admittedly less realistic, can portray specifically the characters that take part in whatever is going on. But again, that's a matter of opinion, really.
If I were to point out stuff that kinda bothered me but didn't have the "oh it's just the first draw I'm definitely gonna fix this" vibe it's definitely the fact that whenever you're low on anything (in my case it was shower) it displays an alert EVERY TIME I entered a new location. Kinda annoying when you are actually on your way to fix the issue. And also the fact that either you can't skip the animations, or the button for it is something unusual, I tried Z, I tried X, I tried Esc, I tried Ctrl, and while the vids aren't bad, seeing the same thing again just because you need a bit more money can be kinda boring.
All that being said, it looks promising and I'd love to see what the next stages of development will bring.
Edit: I just tried another playthrough and worked at the store instead of going to the lab this time. I can sleep now, which is cool, but I keep getting prompts about having to go to the toilet every few steps now, and I can't use the toilet to go number 2, so... Yeah this playthrough is fucked, I'mma wait for 0.2
