You do realize that this also has a free, public version available.
And I haven't played this game for a long time so I don't know if some fixes are for older content or new patreon content, but some devs give bugfix patches for older, free content and still want people to pay for those.
And really, what harm does it do if you give a bugfix patch for someone that already has the base version? It's literally a patch, you can't play a patch so the most you're doing is giving a potential pirate the chance to distribute it, but that's literally the norm here and every dev should expect that if you make a porn game, then it will be distributed here eventually. As soon as you post a new patreon version, it will be here on that day or a couple days afterwards. Just give us the patch at that point if you know this is happening, either that or someone else will do it.
Like I said, I'm a game dev student and I do hate piracy, but you can't fight it: Better to just give them what they want 'cuz someone will do it for sure.
