the mission is on v 1.4.0 and is incomplete.I think when 1.4.4 released the mission will complete but this mission was changed to brothel mission

Start the game, do a savegame in that slot (if you downloaded a save6 file, save in slot 6), then replace the file you saved with the one you downloaded

As has been said the bogwart mission is incomplete. You will be able to visit him whenever you want cum but the actual Bogwart slave route is only just starting (I haven't played 1.5 yet so could be more there).
