After a game with a gambler (doesn't matter if I won or lost) there's an error the moment I press X inside the pub (game is searching for spade card or diamond card image leaving me with a retry button which doesn't do anything) but when you go outside the pub X works well.

The first Malcohm memory in the diary is bugged, every time you view it, the end of it loops repeatedly without being able to get out of it.

I think the quest with Alice is bugged, I am supposed to meet with her and Nathan in the Park at Noon during Tue/Thu but every time I try to do the quest, Nathan just tells me to go away cause he wants to spend time alone with Alice.

I downloaded the new version and copied the saves from the old version into the new one, but when I try to continue( btw, the prev version was the 0.1, I tried to continue from the end of it) the game skips to Christine getting a message from Malcohm and they chat about Christine wanting some self defense classes, after that Mark tries to return Christine's school ID but as soon as he goes outside I can't move him at all.

Hey everyone!

Just dropping in with a quick update: the next release is still on the way! It’s taking a bit longer than planned because I’ve been deep in the weeds adding some major new gameplay systems. Trust me, a LOT is changing; when it drops, it’s going to feel like a whole new game.

The coding and retroactively integrating everything into the existing content has been way more complex (and time-consuming) than I anticipated. No firm ETA yet, but it really shouldn’t be too much longer. I’ll post a full highlight reel here on F95 once it’s ready.

Here’s a sneak peek at some of the big changes coming in the next update:
  • Completely redoing certain maps to include full interior views
  • A proper real-time date/time system
  • Scheduled NPCs that move around, follow their own routines, and live their lives even when you’re not interacting with them (within the limitations of RPG Maker lol)
  • Major UI overhaul featuring a fully dynamic in-game phone (real-time texting, CG gallery, social media, quest log, and more)
  • Brand-new animated H-sprites
  • The start of weekend content: Saturday & Sunday schedules, plus new Beach and Nightclub locations
  • Tons of visual polish and performance optimizations (fingers crossed!)

As I mentioned a little while ago, I’ve decided to split this into two releases:
  • v0.2.7 (Public first) → All the new systems, maps, overhauls, and some fresh content integrated into the current build. This lets me get it in your hands faster and squash any bugs with your feedback before the next big story drop.
  • v0.3 (shortly after) → The massive story/content update that’s already almost finished.
So basically: a massively revamped game (v0.2.7) soon, followed quickly by a huge story drop (v0.3). A new save will definitely be required, but this time I’ll include a skip-save that drops you straight into the open-world section.

Hello everyone! I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas holiday and Happy upcoming New Years!

TLDR:
I rewrote the game from the ground up to implement highly requested features. Remade every map in the game for design expansion and I am adding a male MC route that allows the male MC to have some fun as well (NTR still focus of game!).

Also I got hit with a big project for IRL work a couple weeks back that will have me traveling for work until about June. I'll have my gaming laptop with me to work on the game, I just don't know how much workload/free time I'll have.. which is why I haven't been able to give a solid update schedule. Next update won't be that long as I grinded out the technical stuff over the holidays.

Is it dead ? 0.27 is already a full month late.
1000% not dead! I got hit with a large work project a couple weeks ago which caused a big delay. I'm using the extra time to add and refine a bunch of things! I actually just made a comment post about it.

Sorry for the delay. It will be worth the wait though!

Haha don't worry! I made a promise to never let people wonder if the project is cancelled or not. IRL just found a way to be extra annoying, that's all.

I'm the type of person that if I do cancel the project I would just straight up tell you guys instead of randomly disappearing lol. So far though, that is not happening. I'm frustrated myself that I can't devote more time to it right now... Just when I was beginning to find my groove.

I really do think though that the next update will be worth the wait. I can't wait until I can send it to you all to play yourself, such a big leap already.

Well, the game is in its early stages, this delay due to problems won't be a problem here, it would only become an issue when more people were seeing the game. For now, if there might still be a delay in delivery, take your time to plan the story well for later on, and when you find time for the game, deliver it.

The forum rewards developers who make good games well through Patreon.
