I drew them all on one sheet and they where a bit too small and had to upscale them creating some upscale artefacts. I was running out of time so I painted over my upscaled versions versus trying to rebuild my layers.

To be fair, I recall a recent game that used ai-art nearly identical to afrobull's style.

That is true, but this one doxy actually posted about it on twitter. The afrobull one was monster tutor, and a dude just yoinked his shit and put it on ai.

Thanks for the clear out Doxy, but like some people says becareful about ai artstyle copy stealers, i have seen lots of artists getting their artstyle stolen with ai, it seems to begin to spread alot, i know people cant do much about it, but atleast if we can make everyone aware of it, its still a win.

Rather than cry about it, you could always just, you know, not play or interact with things you don't personally like? It's not fucking difficult. Take a short break from the complaining, go outside and touch some grass for a bit, then come back and focus on genres and art styles you actually enjoy, instead of whining and shitting on anything you don't.

The irony of being so paranoid of AI art that you accused the art of one of the major artist, which AI trains on, AI art....

Speaking of AI... if Doxy confirmed that his art is used in the game, then he is talking about PIXEL ARTS! Not about AI modified sources that were made from these pixel arts or from something else. Just find his art on nozomia or r34 or anywhere and send me ANY art that is at least close to this AI cringe.

You could've just read a few comments above where they said it's because the HD arts are by upscaling pixel art...

Polished and shiny textures (AI standard), no shadows (AI standard), stupid/same facial expression on every “art”

Did you just accuse every art that has simple expressions, bright colors (the preview arts aren't even shiny they just have really bright colors. There aren't any weird specular highlights as far as I can tell, and the clothes are shinier than the skin which make sense), and without too much shading...AI? Simply having traits that are common in AI generated slop doesn't mean it's made by AI. You have to find traits that ONLY AI can make. Not to mention these traits aren't even guaranteed in AI art.

Also, how could you even say the previews have no shadows? You have to be clinically blind to not see them.

The reason I believe this is doxy's art with an upscaled filter and painted over, is because the previews are consistent. No weird hand gesture, no lines merging into each other, no weird specular highlights placed all over the place.
