Hi! I'm the developer of the original game, I'm glad and surprised some people still remember my games!
Someone told me about this port in another forum, I've been planning to release new games for a while but at somepoint I decided to start from scratch and create a remake of A night with Sara and Art with Carla with new technologies and putting in practice all I learned. I would like to share the same update I put in the forum where this port was mentioned:
In a nutshell, after "Art with Carla" I really wanted to complete the stories with new games but at same time I wasn't very happy with the result of the two games I made, so I decided to start again and start writing all my stories at same time. That has been way more complicated than I expected, I never found a game engine that was good for what I wanted to do (and I'm still looking for one) so I decided to focus on learning how to do better renders. At the moment I'm working in renders and game scripts for 5 games and I'll use them in a game engine as soon as I finish the first game script and renders. Unfortunately my work and personal life is also taking a lot of my time so the progress for this is very slow, the render times with my pc isn't helping neither. The first two games will be remakes for "A night with Sara" and "Art with Carla", expanding the original stories (specially for A night with Sara, for which the real story is waaay longer and complicated than what we see in the game).
I've been doing and redoing renders for the new games for years, removing everything and starting again from scratch a lot of times, never happy with the result. It has been very frustrating, but finally, one day, I felt happy with the results so now things are moving foreward.
Just a demo of a Sara render:

It's definitely not the best art out there, but at least I'm happy with it (there are way better renders I have for the games, but I don't want to spoiler ). It's at least, a big improvement from what I did before.
Merry Christmas everyone!
