I'm not sold on this "ancient artifact" tha somehow allows you to connect your phone to any electronic device, at seemingly any distance. If you ignore the ridiculousness of it, you have on the one hand a means of spying on your wife without having to rely on cameras in your home and nothing elsewhere (like in Stay Online), but on the other hand, it takes away that element of the "hidden" actions, and therefore can completely nullify a true NTR path. I'll have to wait to see how that goes.
One point of note for those who started playing with the original release - the final choice in the 0.3 update has a check for NTS points, requiring a minimum of 7 to pass. Unless I am mistaken, 7 is the maximum available up to that point, and at least one of those looks like it is in the section of the script for 0.1 - at which point I do not believe the NTR/NTS points were implemented (they were announced with the 0.2 update). This may mean that you need a fresh save in order to build up the required 7 NTS points, unless your save's first playthrough was from the 0.2 release.
