It's still in production (I presume) - the last update came out on July 17th and it looks like the dev does a public release of the previous version when the new one comes out. At the moment though, there's not a lot of traction - the dev doesn't appear to post much on Patreon and there aren't a lot of posts here. It doesn't look like the dev does previews at all - there was nothing on Patreon for 0.4 before it was released, and maybe only one post about 0.3 before that one came out.
It's difficult for a new game to get going if it's the first by the dev, and sometimes it seems like the devs don't help themselves in that, although it's not as if there's a playbook on what to do/not to do to make the best of getting your game out there and getting people talking about it...

yeah, over a month of no public info or even gated patreon posts doesn't do the game any favors.
I might be interested in backing if I saw more action on the patreon page, but right now I can't even tell if the dev is even active, so there's a risk that I might be subscribing to a dead patreon project

It's a continuation of the same scene. There is new content, the full scene gets explained. Better angles with animations. It's short again, but what's there is hot.

I haven't played this game, and only read the description. Going by that, and that alone, if Brian, the husband, is working in Egypt for a year, the most unrealistic thing in the game is if he is an Egyptologist. Egyptology has seasons, and nobody digs in the off season, with most foreign Egyptologists leaving. Year-round work is nearly impossible.
However, if Brian is doing some other job, then perhaps this game gets a pass!

I'm not even remotely surprised at this point. Almost every game these days that claims to have an NTR and NTS path is actually just NTS. ESPECIALLY the phone games. You pick everything you can to get NTR and you either get nothing or slightly re-written NTS that doesn't even work because the dev never wanted you to pick this path in the first place.
I've gone through it so many times now that I'm starting to just expect it. I don't understand why these devs don't just make the NTS game they clearly want to instead of baiting the NTR crowd with false hope.

Fucking hell, that's brutal. I knew something was off when the wife turned into a turbo-slut in 0.3 already. Welp, add another VN to the pile of shite...
