Here is the thing: for better and in all the worst pitfalls of her husband
being made a harmless inconsequential incel by this game,
Ann is duty sworn to help her husband first and foremost.

That is the whole reason anyone would throw marriage, actual vows and a family in a story:
this kind of bond is humongous and trunps all the NTR shallow text you get in a manga.

The fact she does not do anything in that direction is yet another trope
of the NTR brainless whore montage:
woman has a sweet throbing hunk who cannot stand other women,
has not interest or interactions with them, is inadequate and odd whenever any woman is near him,
a canon sermon dev has echoed all over this thread,
she has been taking advantage of the fact David never connects with any female but her,
and cannot, either phisically or emotionally, echo anyone else but his dearest wife in his life,
but for the purpose of this NTR game, all of that is shoved under the rags outta the blue.

This happens all the time IRL.
- Women settle down and start a family.
- they become bored, as the excitement of relationships and sex is lost.

The fact that the wife has low self-esteem, and the husband is a "nice guy" only makes the situation worse.

Ann of all people knows all of the above about David,
she knows Chris is dumbing him down and keeping her husband in a looser loop,
she has been receiving all this info the moment she met them both in that bar:
Chris kept dumping hilarously idiotic to downright stupid swears about David at her to
try and make himself seem this hook up stud,
but Ann only had eyes for Davis because throwing words that are plain lies standing
right in front of the obvious hunk best man Davis has always been trumped everything.

Still, she jumps to ”help” the enemy Chris just because, no rhyme, no point, no plot,
the guy who shits on her and her husband all the time, demeans and belittles her and her husband,
gets all her time and efforts gone to that asshole.

For her, this is a game and entertainment.
She lacks excitement in intimacy with her husband, so she compensates for this by "innocent" flirting with another man.
For me, it's cheating, and I find it funny when someone justifies it ... but this happens all the time. She's wrong when she does it, but that can be explained.

Dev confessed there will only be new content only after the woman is made the whore bycicle of the whole region, servicing multiple brain dead bulls of no consequence or rhyme or reason, the man is made a dwindling homeless diminished unrecognizable blob of suicidal tendencies living in a barrel, while we just sit through all the groping fiercily abominable disgusting abhorrations of bulls who will get Ann dropped on them as cheap meat.

It has already been said more than once that there will be no forced scenes.
Another thing is that in order to stay on the "loyal route", David must behave like a good soy boy. I don't like it
